An Order is considered accepted only when we send a confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and shipped.

All Products are shipped from our facility in China to U.S. addresses. Standard shipping generally takes 10–20 business days, including customs clearance, with tracking available through major carriers such as USPS and DHL. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. For orders over $800, U.S. customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most Products, provided items are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories preserved. To start a return, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs from the U.S. to our facility in China are the responsibility of the User, unless the return results from a product defect or our error, in which case we will cover the shipping expenses.

Refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline a refund if returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original condition. For defective Products, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our reasonable discretion.
